Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are powerful tools—but too often they don’t lead to meaningful change. This March, MLS brings together expert guidance on IEP development and challenging behaviors to help families move from paperwork to progress. Parents will learn how to use assessments and data to create measurable goals, understand the legal framework around behavior supports, and advocate effectively with their school team—so their child’s IEP supports real growth, not just compliance.
